PAIRS with Shrimp Gobies!
Tiger Pistol Shrimp are tan-bodied with rust-colored stripes and serve as excellent sand stirrers and scavengers in reef tanks. They produce a distinctive snapping sound and often form symbiotic relationships with gobies, where the goby provides predator warnings while the shrimp shares food. These shrimp thrive with sand, rock caves, and dim lighting. They require proper iodine levels for molting and are sensitive to copper and high nitrates. They readily consume meaty frozen foods and bottom feeder tablets.
