Return Policy

Livestock/DOA (Dead on arrival)

Delivery
We do our best to ensure your corals and inverts arrive alive and in good condition. However, sometimes that is not the case. All livestock shipments need to be unpacked and inspected upon arrival. We can only rectify issues if reported within 3 hours of the package tracking showing it has been delivered.

For DOA claims, please include a picture of the animal in the bag when you contact us. DOAs will be issued store credit to use for futures purchases. Shipping costs will not be covered for a replacement and are non-refundable.

Store Pickup

All in store livestock sales are final. Please inspect livestock before leaving the store.

Please note: Although our fish are quarantined for two weeks, we still recommend doing a full quarantine once you bring them to their new home.

 

Dry Goods/Products

Our policy lasts 30 days for dry good products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept returns of new products in their original packaging within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund. Please call or send us an email to start the process  

If you purchased a product in the last 30 days that's opened but unused, has never seen saltwater and still has all of its original packaging (warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc.) we can accept your return and offer a store credit.

Additional non-returnable items
- Gift cards
- All used items are non-returnable

- All sale and clearance items are non-returnable

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


Manufacturer Defects and Warranties

If your product arrives non-functional due to manufacturer defects, it may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days at no cost to you!

If you purchased your product more than 30 days ago and need warranty support just call or email us and we will do our best to get you connected with the manufacturer to get your issue resolved.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
