Livestock Shipping Schedule
At this time, livestock orders will be shipped on Monday through Thursday for delivery on Tuesday through Friday respectively. If you need us to accommodate a specific delivery day, please reach out to us, or let us know in the order instructions during checkout.

Livestock Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air®. The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your UPS tracking number. Someone must be available at the time of delivery to prevent livestock from being exposed to the rain and/or extreme temperatures.
- We can hold orders for a maximum of 2 weeks upon request.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for larger or more delicate species.
- We reserve the right to hold an order to avoid shipping in bad weather.
- We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or outside the continental US at this time. We do ship to Alaska but we require packages be sent to a local UPS near you to be held for pickup.
Please Note
We do our best to ensure your corals and inverts arrive alive and in good condition. However, sometimes that is not the case. Please visit our Returns and Refunds page for more information on how to handle any livestock issues.
Dry Goods Shipping Schedule
We understand how important getting your products in a timely manner is. That is why we do our best to package and ship your order as quickly as we can. To see an estimate on when your order will be packaged and shipped, view the schedule below. Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed. There may be circumstances where we are unable to meet the estimates in the schedule.

Shipping Damage
In the event an item is damaged in transit, contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will replace the item free of charge and cover the cost of shipping you the replacement.
All damaged product and packaging must be kept, as the carrier may need to inspect the package in order to evaluate it. Please email us pictures of the item, all packaging and any other damage. Please open all packages and inspect all items for damage immediately upon arrival.

Products must be returned in the original packaging. Products returned with broken manufacturer seals, damaged or altered packaging, missing packing material, warranty cards, manuals and/or accessories will be treated as an unused but open item.

Items that show any sign of exposure to water or use, returned with damaged or altered packaging or missing packing material including warranty cards, manuals and accessories are not eligible for return.
Pickup Orders
For orders placed using our "Pickup" option, you will receive a confirmation email of your order, followed by another email notifying you when your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait until you receive a "Ready for Pickup" notification to come into the store to pick up your items. In store pick up is only available during regular business hours.
We can hold pickup orders for up to 2 weeks. If an order is still showing "Ready For Pickup" after two weeks of sending the original notification, we will mark the order as "Picked Up".
We do our best to ensure pickup orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, however there may be times where your order isn't ready to be picked up the same day. If your order has not been marked "Ready for Pickup" after 7 days, please Contact Us.
