Really didn't want to write this, but the way it was handled made me want to speak out. I ordered 4 chromis, and 1 was dead on arrival and the others looking like death. 1 survived. It was apparent no heat pack was used with the overnight temp dropping to mid 40's. Can't be sure that did it, but probably. The staff agreed to replace them but the kicker was that I also ordered a blenny and a wrase in the same order and those fish mysteriously disappeared on the day they were meant to be shipped. So instead of receiving my fish, I was told I had to wait a month to recieve them or pay extra shipping to recieve them in two shipments. I already paid nearly $400 to get free shipping on 3 dead fish, why would I want to pay extra shipping for the fish I already paid for? I wish the company the best but it seems like the have a few holes to fix before they gain my trust again. Be prepared to recieve dead or dying fish and a less then ideal solution if they "misplace" your fish (which you already paid for). They are very nice people, which is a big plus, but they fall short on owning their responsibilities. Buy with ba little caution
